Dawn Cottage is the original owner’s cottage, situated on the second row of the Indian Ocean, offering ocean views from several places.
On the terrace you'll find a large open dining area, kitchen and sunbeds - and, of course, direct access to the beach via your own private staircase. The cottage also features a large covered terrace on the first floor with lounge furniture and good vibrations.
Indoors, the house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room and living room. The Dawn cottages is the Queen of cozy and well designed spots.

2 bedrooms are classic double bedrooms with queen size beds with mosquito nets. 1 bedroom is equipped with a large 1,5 person bed, in direct connection with one of the other bedrooms. Ideal for children. 2 full bedrooms with showers.

The cottage has two very large terrace spaces, one on the ground floor with sunbeds and a dining area, and one on the first floor with lounge furniture. Sea view from several rooms and terraces. Private access to the sea.

About Warandale Cottages
Warandale Cottages is a beautiful enclave of architect-designed cottages set within a lush, jungle-like garden that leads directly to beach and the Indian Ocean. Each cottage is an independent, fully furnished unit, managed by Warandale Cottages. All cottages have access to the pool area. The management office is located at the entrance to the property and is open Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
The neighborhood offers several shopping centers, supermarkets, and local "dukas" (small shops), as well as access to a hospital, dentist, bank, and ATM.
It takes just under an hour to travel from Mombasa International Airport to Warandale Cottages. We are always happy to assist with transfer and arranging excursions.
